Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of plvio.com and the tools on it, including the free business report. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. plvio.com is operated by Aerpathe LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Plvio", "we", "us").
If you sign up for a paid Plvio plan, that service is governed by our separate Service Agreement, which you accept at checkout. If anything in these terms conflicts with that agreement, the Service Agreement controls for paying customers. Text messages we send on a business's behalf are covered by our SMS Terms.
What Plvio does
Plvio designs, builds, hosts and maintains a website and booking system for local service businesses, helps set up map and Google Business listings, and makes ongoing changes for a monthly fee. Current details and pricing are shown on plvio.com.
The free business report
Our "Grade your business" report and the money estimate it shows are based entirely on the information you enter. They are an illustration to help you think about your online setup — not a promise, guarantee or prediction of results, revenue or search ranking. Your actual results depend on many things outside our control.
Plans, pricing and billing
- Plans and prices are shown on the site (currently from $59/month, with no setup fee). Prices may change; the price quoted to you at sign-up applies to your subscription until we notify you otherwise.
- Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe.
- Cancellation, refunds, and what happens to your site and data on cancellation are set out in the service agreement.
Your responsibilities
When you use the site or give us information, you agree to:
- provide accurate information;
- use the site lawfully;
- not attempt to disrupt, attack, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems; and
- not submit someone else's personal information without their permission.
Content and intellectual property
The Plvio name, logo, site design, text and graphics are owned by Plvio or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission. If you send us content (for example, to build your site), you keep ownership of it and confirm you have the right to give it to us to use for your service.
Third-party services and links
The site relies on third-party providers (such as Cloudflare, Stripe, Resend and Google Fonts) and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party services, which operate under their own terms.
Disclaimers
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep it accurate and running, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current. Nothing on the site is legal, financial or professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plvio is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. For paying customers, the liability terms in the service agreement apply to the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version will always be posted here with a new date, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming.
