SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms govern the text (SMS/MMS) messages sent by Aerpathe LLC ("Plvio", "we", "us") on behalf of the business with which you booked an appointment (the "Business").

How you opt in

When you book on a Business's website powered by Plvio, there is an unchecked box next to your mobile number reading "Text me about my appointment…". You receive texts only if you tick that box. If you leave it unticked you can still book, and we contact you by email instead. We never text a number that has not opted in this way.

What we send

If you opt in, we send appointment and service texts on that Business's behalf: your booking confirmation, an appointment reminder, notice if your appointment is changed or cancelled, and a short follow-up after your visit asking how it went. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.

Separately, if you call a Business that has switched the feature on and nobody can answer, you may receive a single reply text with a link to book. That message replies to the call you placed, is sent at most once a day, and you can reply STOP to stop it.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity — for example, a confirmation when you book and a reminder before your appointment.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. We will send one confirmation and then stop texting that number. If you gave an email address, you may still receive confirmations by email.

Delivery

Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier, and carriers are not liable for messages that are delayed or not delivered.

Privacy

Your mobile number and messaging data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile opt-in information or your phone number with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with our messaging provider (Twilio) to deliver these messages, and as required by law.

We may update these SMS Terms; the current version is always posted on this page.
